A n00b: - Now few things make me call some one a n00b, but these do, if you don't do these then you are at little risk of been called a n00b.

1.      Using invisible fonts, its not smart and its not clever, a one handed, none eyed chimp could learn how to do it. If you seriously want to know how to do it then visit the fonts page.

2.      Advertising fake log in pages, this one really gets me especially when the advertise on Newbie chat, because some unsuspecting person is going to go there and get their account taken over and if their lucky lose all their neopoints, if not their account.  In addition, it is an almost automatic freezing offence.

3.      Being stupid like these chat boards you get, Im pregnant and Im only 13 or Im dying of cancer its not nice to have these things posted on the neoboards because many people each day may be in their place, not whingeing like these people do to get attention, but living their lives to the full.

4.      Begging for items, or money. Its o.k. To buy the occasional thing for people, but when they beg like mad and you dont even know them, well thats just plain stupid. Some people who have been on neopets longer than me may say, well I bet you did that when you were a newbie! the answer to that is yes. Im not proud of it, I was lazy and all I wanted to do was chat to people, If Id have put in a bit more of an effort I could have been well on my way to becoming a millionaire and a bit and have my poogle and p.bs as well. Newbie: - Most people get this confused with n00b, and I agree to an extent. Some newbies do n00bish things, but a newbie is someone who has been on long (neopets class this as a week) I class it, as up to 3 months, so they dont know how things work really.
