It may be good or bad, such as;"The ghosts have taken ___ neopoints!" or "You have picked up a/an ___ item!" Many things could happen in these events. It does not mean that you have done something bad, or good. It is simply a random event that happens to every user of neopia.
If the event has harmed your neopet, then this can be dealt with many ways. One way is to visit the Healing Springs in Faerieland and the water faerie will help heal them. You can only do this every once in a while, so use it wisely. Another way is to visit the hospital and get medicine for your neopet. You can only do this if they get a sickness. First you may have to visit the Pharmacy and find out what your neopet needs. Sometimes it has to be dealt with over time.
If some of your neopoints have been taken, there are numerous amounts of ways to get more. You can play a game, and send your score. That gives you more neopoints. You can click on your neopoints that are under you username and pets name to get to know how many ways to get neopoints.
Sometimes, they take an item. There is no way to get the item back once taken. You can search for it and buy another one, or search for one at the auctions. A way that you can protect your items are to put them in a safety deposit box. They can only be bothered by you on your account.
